AFFM opens November 1st.

After being closed for an extended period while construction work was being conducted on Clarendon House, it is exciting to announce that the museum will reopen on 1st November 2016.

The opening hours will be 10am – 4pm Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday in conjunction with Clarendon House.

Our friendly volunteers are happy to show you around, and answer your questions about the collections and wonderful characters whose stories we tell in our museum.

The Australian Fly Fishing Museum is located in an historic cottage on the grounds at Clarendon House. Clarendon was once the known as the grandest estate in the colony. Exploring this historic grand house, and the beautiful walled gardens and extensive parklands, along with a visit to the Australian Fly Fishing Museum, is a fabulous way to spend several hours. Follow it all up with Devonshire Tea at the Clarendon Tea House and enjoy the lovely country hospitality.
